TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Daily Rentals:

– Rent the device for the day (pricing will differ for 1, 2, and 3 days, plus events)
– A breakage deposit is required, which will be refunded once the RiCharge device is returned in full working order.
– Option to book RiCharge crew for on-side support.
– Custom branding option for all devices.
– Pricing excludes VAT and transport costs.
– RiCharge Truck (rental pocket charger service)
– Exhibition stand

Reseller Minimum requirements:

Minimum Order Quantity
– First order: a minimum of 20 of the same units.
– All following orders: minimum of 5 of the same units.Payment terms first order (unless agreed on differently)
– 60% upfront
– 40% on the day of delivery
– Payment terms following orders: 100% payment upfront.
– Reseller is responsible for all client contact with his/ her clients; RiCharge is never the point of contact and
will refer clients back to reseller.
– Reseller will be responsible for all administration (agreements etc.).
– Reseller is responsible for own branding.
– RiCharge will share template for rental agreement and branding template once first payment is received.
– Reseller can borrow 1 charging unit of choice for no longer then a 2-month period.

This unit stays RiCharge property for the duration of this time period. Cost for demo unit will be settled once the first order has been placed.

Warranty
– Charging station base and power banks: 12 months.
– Charging cables: 6 months.
– Procedure faulty products when still in warranty:
– Reseller informs RiCharge of the problem (sends picture or video to show what’s wrong with the product).
– Reseller sends the products back to RiCharge head office at own cost.
– RiCharge will check and fix the product(s).
– RiCharge will send new stock back to reseller.
– When products are no longer in warranty, the reseller needs to purchase new products via RiCharge.
(RiCharge is the sole supplier for all RiCharge-related products)

Lead-time
Depending on stock availability, orders can be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, from date of payment as received by RiCharge.
If the item of your choice is not in stock, it can take from 5 to 7 working weeks before goods can be delivered, from date of payment as received by RiCharge.
